It's very irritating when we got this kind of limitation because we won't be able to withdraw the money, sending the money or even receiving the money. The limitation only will be lifted once we follow their verification procedure.
For those people who verifying their Paypal account with credit card then it will not be hard to remove the Paypal limit, because they can use their credit card monthly statement. The problem if we use VCC (Virtual Credit Card) because it will be impossible to send them the monthly statement which is doesn't exist. If it really happen to you then you don't need to worry because there still a way to remove this annoying limitation.
First thing you must do is to contact their support as soon as possible. It will be recommended to call them. Based on my own experience, it only takes a few minutes until they remove my limit. I explain them if I register Paypal account by using VCC and I don't have any credit card. After that they will ask you a few of questions to verify the account owner. If you give them the right answer then the limit will be removed within 15 minutes. It's pretty easy isn't it?
Don't ever try to use fake credit card monthly statement by using Photoshop or something like that. If you get caught then your Paypal account will be permanently limited and you can't use that account anymore. Also you will need to wait for 6 months before you can withdraw all of the money in that Paypal account. So, don't try to 'cheat' them, just follow their verification procedure and you will be fine. Like or not, you will need a Paypal account if you want to make money online.
